I had a really good warm up round planning the course and felt confident going into the actual competition the next day. I played really well and after hole 15, I was one over gross. I did start to get a little nervous but managed to hold it together and at hole 18 I finished with a gross score of 77, the first time I’d ever broken 80. Playing to a score differential of 5.7 my Nett score was 63 and I won the overall championship. As a whole, the experience was amazing and its made me more determined than ever to keep improving myself and bringing my handicap down.
